Voice Mail & Auto Attendant: These terms are often confused. Voice mail is the ability to leave and retrieve voice massages. Auto Attendant is the system that answers calls automatically and gives you choices to route your call. We can assist you in setting up these systems so that they work for your business.

    Voice over IP (VOIP): This is quite the buzzword in the industry these days. Don't get caught up in all the hype. VOIP works and can be implemented in certain situations. However it can be very difficult to make it work properly.     Computer Telephony Integration (CTI): CTI is exactly as it sounds. It is the integration of your computer and telephone system. A typical use of this technology would be for a call center to do a screen pop of customer information based on the incoming caller ID.

    Automatic Call Distribution (ACD): This technology is typically used in call centers to create a queue for incoming calls into a group of operators. ACC has implemented many of these systems.
