The company consists of 4 separate divisions. Each division has its own specialty but works closely with the other divisions. ACC sets itself apart from the competition with the ability to have groups of people who specialize in a single technology and become experts in their fields. When it is time to implement a complicated project involving multiple divisions or technologies, the project management department brings all of these resources together and manages the project to completion. This insures a single point of contact and a smooth installation on the largest of projects.
Voice & Data Cabling:
The cabling division
provides inside and outside plant copper and fiber, voice, and data cabling
systems. Our factory trained
and certified technicians and engineers design, install and test your cabling
infrastructure from the ground up.
Network Integration Division:
This division provides PC/Server and network hardware design, on-site support and sales. Our Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, Sun and Linux certified technicians and engineers can handle all of your network integration needs.
Telephone Systems Division:
Our certified telephone system technicians
and engineers can design, troubleshoot and service most telephone and voicemail
systems. We are experts in Voice Over IP, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), call
centers and wireless voice networks. We have certified technicians from NEC,
AT&T, Northern Telecom, Mitel, Avaya, Active Voice and many others.

Each of our divisions sells products from the most respected manufacturers in the industry such as: Cisco, NEC, General Cable, Belden, AT&T, Avaya, 3Com, Vodavi, Lucent, Microsoft, Sun, Leviton, Watchguard, Intel, and many others. One of ACC's strengths has been our ability to define the clients needs and installation requirements and engineer a solution to fit their budgets. Custmer Service:
We can dispatch a
technician to your site anytime of the day or night. The project management and
customer service staffs are committed to total customer satisfaction and will
insure that each project is completed on time and within budget. All system
installations are scheduled to provide the customer with a minimum of
inconvenience and disruption. Installation hours are flexible and can include
weekends, nights and holidays.
